A sensor device for registering strain of a component, which comprises a
sensor chip and a supporting substrate, which are connected to each other
by a connecting layer such that they form a prefabricated sensor module.
The sensor module is attached to the component by a durable creep-free
connection such that the strain of the component is transferred to the
sensor chip.
Eine Sensor-Vorrichtung für das Registrieren von von Belastung eines Bestandteils, der einen Sensor-Span und ein stützendes Substrat enthält, die miteinander durch eine anschließende Schicht so angeschlossen werden, daß sie ein vorfabriziertes Sensor-Modul bilden. Das Sensor-Modul wird zum Bestandteil durch einen haltbaren Ausdehnung-freien Anschluß so angebracht, daß die Belastung des Bestandteils auf den Sensor-Span gebracht wird.
