An exhaust system for use with a microwave excited ultraviolet lamp system
is provided to receive cooling air emitted from the lamp system and to
contain and direct the cooling air so as not to contact a substrate being
irradiated with ultraviolet light. A lens, such as a quartz lens, is
supported by the exhaust duct to transmit the ultraviolet light emitted
from the lamp system toward the substrate.
Een uitlaatsysteem voor gebruik met een microgolf opgewekt ultraviolet lampsysteem wordt verstrekt om koellucht te ontvangen die van het lampsysteem wordt uitgezonden en aan de koellucht zo zo te bevatten en opdracht te geven om een substraat dat niet te contacteren met ultraviolet licht wordt bestraald. Een lens, zoals een kwartslens, wordt gesteund door de uitlaatbuis om het ultraviolette licht over te brengen dat van het lampsysteem naar het substraat wordt uitgezonden.
