An exposure apparatus for exposing a substrate using a plurality of
masters. The apparatus includes a stage being able to install at least one
of the plurality of masters, a first housing surrounding said stage, a
second housing for stocking at least one of the plurality of masters, the
second housing being installed adjacent to the first housing or installed
in an interior of the first housing, the second housing being allowed to
communicate with the first housing, and a third housing being installed
between an inside space and an outside space of the first housing, the
third housing being different from said first and second housings. The
first and second housings are filled by an inert gas or are adapted to be
evacuated.
Un aparato de exposición para exponer un substrato usando una pluralidad de amos. El aparato incluye una etapa que puede instalar por lo menos uno de la pluralidad de amos, una etapa dicha circundante de la primera cubierta, una segunda cubierta para almacenar por lo menos uno de la pluralidad de amos, la segunda cubierta que es instalada adyacente a la primera cubierta o instalada en un interior de la primera cubierta, la segunda cubierta que es permitida para comunicarse con la primera cubierta, y una tercera cubierta que es instalada entre un espacio interior y un espacio exterior de la primera cubierta, la tercera cubierta que es diferente de las primeras y segundas cubiertas dichas. Las primeras y segundas cubiertas son llenadas por un gas inerte o adaptadas para ser evacuadas.
