(I) two different sterically hindered amine compounds, and
(II) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of an organic
salt of Zn, an inorganic salt of Zn, Zn oxide, Zn hydroxide, an organic
salt of Mg, an inorganic salt of Mg, Mg oxide and Mg hydroxide.
