Specifically disclosed are compositions comprising 25 to 100 weight
percent of one or more heptamantanes. Also disclosed are novel processes
for the separation and isolation of heptamantane components into
recoverable fractions from a feedstock containing at least a higher
diamondoid component which contains one or more heptamantane components.
