This invention relates to a method of producing a bioadhesive composition
comprising the steps of preparing a solution of a solvent and a polymer
mixture wherein the polymer mixture comprises at least one natural or
synthetic polycarboxylated polymer and at least one polysaccharide; drying
the solution to form a solid; and heat treating the solid to effect
cross-linking and to form the bioadhesive composition.
Esta invenção relaciona-se a um método de produzir uma composição bioadhesive que compreende as etapas de preparar uma solução de um solvente e de uma mistura do polímero wherein a mistura do polímero compreende ao menos um natural ou o synthetic polycarboxylated o polímero e ao menos o um polysaccharide; secando a solução para dar forma a um sólido; e calor que trata o sólido para efetuar o cross-linking e para dar forma à composição bioadhesive.
