A catcher is provided. The catcher includes a body made from a porous
material and having a first, second, and third portion. The first portion
of the body defines a delimiting edge. The second portion of the body
defines an area recessed from the delimiting edge. The third portion of
the body is positioned adjacent to the second portion of the body and
extends away from the recessed area such that the second portion of the
body and the third portion of the body form an ink accumulation area.
