The present invention aims at producing a biochip by an inkjet system
without wasting a DNA solution.
A biochip-producing solution is prepared to contain a combination of a DNA
solution 6 to be spotted on a plate 5 and a low-cost buffer solution 7 to
be remained in the device after the production. The buffer solution 7 used
has a different specific gravity from that of the DNA solution 6 and thus
is not mixed therewith.
A invenção atual visa produzir um biochip por um sistema do inkjet sem desperdiçar uma solução do DNA. Uma solução biochip-produzindo é preparada para conter uma combinação de uma solução 6 do DNA a ser manchadas em uma placa 5 e de uma solução de amortecedor low-cost 7 a ser remanescida no dispositivo após a produção. A solução de amortecedor 7 usada tem uma gravidade específica diferente daquele da solução 6 do DNA e não é misturada assim therewith.
