A simple and efficient method for the production of a stable, clear and
high-potency oat extract, containing avenanthramide, is disclosed. The
method employs the use of a differential dissociation constants and ultra
filtration to stabilize extract, prevent the loss of functional activity
as an anti-irritant and anti-oxidant.
Une méthode simple et efficace pour la production d'un extrait stable, clair et de haut-pouvoir d'avoine, contenant l'avenanthramide, est révélée. La méthode utilise l'utilisation des constantes d'une dissociation de différentiel et ultra la filtration pour stabiliser l'extrait, empêchent la perte d'activité fonctionnelle en tant qu'anti-irritant et antioxydant.
