An N-alkoxyalkyl-N,N-dialkylamine derivative represented by the following
general formula [1]:

wherein the ring D represents a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring or
hydrocarbon ring; R.sup.3 and R.sup.4, which are the same or different,
represent an unsubstituted or substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl or aralkyl
group; and R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.5, R.sup.6, R.sup.7, R.sup.8, m and n
are as defined in the specification, or a salt thereof has an anti-hypoxic
activity, a nerve-protecting activity and a nerve regeneration promoting
activity and is useful for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
Um N-alkoxyalkyl-N, derivative de N-dialkylamine representado pela seguinte fórmula geral [ 1 ]: ## do ## STR1 wherein o anel D representa uns 5- ou 6-membered heterocyclic soam ou anéis do hidrocarboneto; R.sup.3 e R.sup.4, que são os mesmos ou diferentes, representam um grupo unsubstituted ou substituído do alkyl, do cycloalkyl ou do aralkyl; e R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.5, R.sup.6, R.sup.7, R.sup.8, m e n são como definidos na especificação, ou um sal disso tem uma atividade anti-anti-hypoxic, uma atividade nervo-protegendo e uma regeneração do nervo promovendo a atividade e é útil para o tratamento de doenças neurodegenerative.
