The present invention relates to a new process for the synthesis of racemic
and optically active bicalutamide starting from ethyl pyruvate and methyl
methacrylate. The present invention discloses processes of preparing
bicalutamide intermediates including ethyl-[2-{4-fluorophenyl
sulfone}]-2-hydroxy propionate, 1,2-epoxy-2-methyl propionate and
2-hydrox-2-methyl-3-(4-fluorophenylthio) propionic acid. The present
invention further discloses micronized rac-bicalutamide and the
preparation thereof.
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά μια νέα διαδικασία για τη σύνθεση του racemic και οπτικά ενεργού bicalutamide που αρχίζει από αιθυλικό pyruvate και μεθυλικό methacrylate. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αποκαλύπτει τις διαδικασίες τους μεσάζοντες bicalutamide συμπεριλαμβανομένου σuλφονε}]-2-υδροξύ propionate αιθυλικός-[2-{4- fluorophenyl, 1.2-εποξικός-2-μεθυλικό propionate και (4fluorophenylthio) του προπιονικού οξέος 2-χυδροξ-2-μεθυλικός-3. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αποκαλύπτει περαιτέρω το micronized rac-bicalutamide και την προετοιμασία επ' αυτού.
