The present invention provides a method of producing
5-oxy-7-oxabicyclo[4.1.0]hept-3-ene-3-carboxylic acid ester economically,
industrially advantageously and efficiently in a large amount. The present
invention is a method of producing
5-oxy-7-oxabicyclo[4.1.0]hept-3-ene-3-carboxylic acid ester (X), which is
shown in the following scheme.
