The object of the invention is to provide an excellent compound as a drug.
The invention relates to a heterocyclic compound shown by the following
formula:
A--B--D--E [1]
wherein
A is heteroaryl or its oxide;
B is ethenylene;
D is optionally substituted phenylene; and
E is a group of the formula:

wherein G is optionally substituted phenyl;
and R is heteroaryl or heteroarylmethyl, or a group of the formula:
##STR2##
wherein n is an integer of 1 to 5; R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are same or
different and are independently selected from the group consisting of
hydrogen, C.sub.1 --C.sub.6 alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, aminoalkyl; or R.sup.5
and R.sup.6 taken together with the adjacent nitrogen atom may form 5- to
7-membered cyclic amino group for --NR.sup.5 R.sup.6 or a salt thereof.
El objeto de la invención es proporcionar un compuesto excelente como droga. La invención se relaciona con un compuesto heterocíclico demostrado por el fórmula siguiente: A -- b -- d -- e [ 1 ] en donde A es heteroaryl o su óxido; B es ethenylene; D es opcionalmente phenylene substituido; y E es un grupo del fórmula: ## del ## STR1 en donde G es opcionalmente fenilo substituido; y R es heteroaryl o heteroarylmethyl, o un grupo del fórmula: ## del ## STR2 en donde n es un número entero de 1 a 5; R.sup.5 y R.sup.6 son iguales o diferentes y se seleccionan independientemente del hidrógeno que consiste en del grupo, C.sub.1 -- C.sub.6 alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, aminoalkyl; o R.sup.5 y R.sup.6 tomados junto con el átomo adyacente del nitrógeno pueden formar 5 al grupo amino cíclico 7-membered para -- NR.sup.5 R.sup.6 o una sal de eso.
