A composition when used as an analgesic comprising a metabolite of a
compound of Formula II wherein
R.sup.1 is H or Me,
R.sup.2 is OH,
R.sup.3 is H;
or R.sup.2 and R.sup.3, taken together, are O;
R.sup.4 is H or Me,
R.sup.5 and R.sup.6, taken together, are O;
R.sup.7 is H or Me,
R.sup.8 =H, OH, OAc, SH, SAc, Cl, Br, F
together with a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent.
Ein Aufbau, wenn er als Analgetikum verwendet wird, das ein Stoffwechselprodukt von einem Mittel von Formel II enthält, worin R.sup.1 H oder ich ist, R.sup.2, ist OH-, R.sup.3 ist H; oder R.sup.2 und R.sup.3, zusammen genommen, sind O; R.sup.4 ist H, oder ich, R.sup.5 und R.sup.6, zusammen genommen, sind O; R.sup.7 ist H oder ich, R.sup.8 = H, OH-, OAc, SH, Beutel, Cl, Br, F zusammen mit einem pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Verdünnungsmittel.
