wherein;
R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 each independently represents C.sub.1-6 alkoxy or halo;
R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 each independently represents hydrogen, C.sub.1-6
alkoxy, arylC.sub.1-6 alkoxy, hydroxy, carboxyC.sub.1-6 alkoxy,
hydroxyC.sub.1-6 alkoxy, dihydroxyC.sub.1-6 alkoxy, mono- and
di-(C.sub.1-6 alkyl)aminoC.sub.1-6 alkoxy or aminoC.sub.1-6 alkoxy, and;
R.sub.5 represents --NR.sub.s R.sub.t wherein R.sub.s and R.sub.t each
independently represent hydrogen, unsubstituted or substituted C.sub.1-6
alkyl, or unsubstituted or substituted heterocyclyl, a process for the
preparation of such a compound, a pharmaceutical composition containing
such a compound and the use of the compound or composition in medicine.
Un compuesto del ## del ## STR1 del fórmula (1) o de una sal de eso, o un solvate de eso, en donde; R.sub.1 y R.sub.2 cada uno representa independientemente C.sub.1-6 alkoxy o halo; R.sub.3 y R.sub.4 cada uno representa independientemente el hidrógeno, C.sub.1-6 alkoxy, arylC.sub.1-6 alkoxy, hydroxy, carboxyC.sub.1-6 alkoxy, hydroxyC.sub.1-6 alkoxy, dihydroxyC.sub.1-6 alkoxy, mono y di-(C.sub.1-6 alkyl)aminoC.sub.1-6 alkoxy o aminoC.sub.1-6 alkoxy, y; R.sub.5 representa -- NR.sub.s R.sub.t en donde R.sub.s y R.sub.t cada uno representan independientemente el alkyl C.sub.1-6 del hidrógeno, sin sustituir o substituido, o el heterocyclyl sin sustituir o substituido, un proceso para la preparación de tal compuesto, una composición farmacéutica que contiene tal compuesto y el uso del compuesto o de la composición en medicina.
