The present invention is related to an antibiotic inducible/repressible
genetic construct for controlling the transcription of a gene of interes:
by a cell. The genetic construct comprises a bi-directional antibiotic
controlled activator-responsive promoter/operator sequence which is
located between the gene of interest and a cistron encoding a reverse
antibiotic controlled transactivator and controls the transcription of the
gene of interest and of the cistron.
Die anwesende Erfindung hängt mit einem genetischen Konstruieren des Antibiotikums inducible/repressible für das Steuern der Übertragung eines Gens von interes zusammen: durch eine Zelle. Das genetische Konstruieren enthält eine Umkehrantibiotikum gesteuerte Aktivator-entgegenkommende promoter/operator Reihenfolge, die zwischen dem Gen des Interesses und einem cistron, das ein Rückantibiotikum gesteuertes transactivator kodiert sich befindet und steuert die Übertragung des Gens des Interesses und des cistron.
