When a resin for manufacturing ultraviolet or electron ray curable optical fiber ribbon is prepared by properly mixing a photopolymerizable urethane acrylate oligomer containing polydimethylsiloxane, monomer, photoinitiator, leveling/defoaming agent, and antioxidant, optical loss caused by bending due to surface friction in the stacking process during ribbon bonding can be minimized by increasing tensile strength and surface slipping characteristics and by minimizing the shrinkage of resin when the it is cured.

Quando uma resina para a fita curable da fibra ótica da ultravioleta do manufacturing ou do raio do elétron é preparada corretamente misturando um oligomer photopolymerizable do acrylate do urethane que contem o polydimethylsiloxane, o monomer, o photoinitiator, o agente de leveling/defoaming, e o antioxidant, a perda ótica causada dobrando devido à fricção de superfície no processo de empilhamento durante a ligação da fita pode ser minimizada aumentando a força tensile e características deslizando da superfície e minimizando o encolhimento da resina quando é curada.
