The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of
alkylphosphonous acid esters which comprises
a) reacting elemental yellow phosphorus with alkylating agents in the
presence of a base to give a mixture which comprises, as principal
constituents, the (metal) salts of alkylphosphonous, phosphorous and
hypophosphorous acids,
b) esterifying the principal constituents of the mixture from a) to give an
ester mixture,
c) isolating the ester of the alkylphosphonous acid from the ester mixture.
The invention likewise relates to the use of the alkylphosphonous acid
esters prepared by this process as precursors for further syntheses, inter
alia for the preparation of crop protection agents.
De onderhavige uitvinding heeft op een proces voor de voorbereiding van alkylphosphonous zure esters betrekking die a) uit reagerend elementair geel fosfor met het alkylating van agenten in aanwezigheid van een basis om een mengsel te geven dat bestaat, als belangrijkste constituenten, uit de (metaal) zouten van alkylphosphonous, fosforachtige en hypophosphorous zuren bestaat, b) estrificerend de belangrijkste constituenten van het mengsel van a) om een estermengsel te geven, c) isolerend de ester van het alkylphosphonous zuur van het estermengsel. De uitvinding heeft eveneens op het gebruik van de alkylphosphonous zure esters betrekking die door dit proces als voorlopers voor verdere synthesen, onder andere voor de voorbereiding van de agenten van de gewassenbescherming worden voorbereid.
