An apparatus comprising a puppet and a medical instrument is disclosed. The
medical instrument may be a medicine dispenser and may be comprised of a
tube portion and a handle portion. The puppet may have an opening such as
a mouth portion, from which the tube portion of the medicine dispenser can
protrude. The puppet may have a chamber into which a hand can be inserted.
