A black rubber sidewall compound essentially free of a silanated rubber
which includes a combination of less than 10 phr of a rosin acid type
"tackifier" and less than 1 phr of a t-alkanolamine generates, upon curing
against a metal mold surface having a finish in the range from about 8 RA
to 32 RA, a reaction product which, at the surface of the sidewall, has a
gloss in the range from about 10 to 40 lasting at least one month. A
secondary advantage is that the surface of the mold remains clean enough
not to require refurbishing through at least 20% more curing cycles than
is possible with a sidewall conventional sidewall compound without the
specified tackifier and t-alkanolamine. Multiple washing of the sidewalls
during a month of using the tire, fails to diminish the gloss
substantially.
Ein schwarzes Gummiseitenwandmittel geben im Wesentlichen von a silanated Gummi, der eine Kombination von weniger PHR als 10 einer sauren "tackifier" Art des Harzes einschließt und weniger als 1 PHR eines t-alkanolamine erzeugt, nach dem Kurieren gegen eine Metallformoberfläche frei, die ein Ende in der Strecke von RA ungefähr 8 zu RA 32, ein Reaktion Produkt hat, das, an der Oberfläche der Seitenwand, einen Glanz in der Strecke von ungefähr 10 bis 40 mindestens einen Monat dauernd hat. Ein Sekundärvorteil ist, daß die Oberfläche der Form genug, sauber bleibt die Überholung nicht durch mindestens 20% die kurierenden Zyklen, als zu erfordern möglich mit einem herkömmlichen Seitenwandmittel der Seitenwand ohne das spezifizierte tackifier und das t-alkanolamine ist. Mehrfache Reinigung der Seitenwände während eines Monats des Verwendens des Gummireifens, kann den Glanz im wesentlichen vermindern nicht.
