Provided are Pasteurella multocida coding sequences, recombinant DNA
molecules, recombinant host cells and methods for making recombinant
neuraminidase. Also provided by the present disclosure are immunogenic
compositions containing recombinant P. multocida neuraminidase and
antigenic peptides derived in sequence therefrom and antibodies specific
for P. multocida neuraminidase as well as immunoassays specific for P.
multocida neuraminidase, which immunoassays are useful in the detection or
diagnosis of P. multocida infections and/or carrier states.

Ook door de huidige onthulling worden de immunogene samenstellingen verstrekt die recombinante daarvan de één na de ander afgeleid multocidaneuraminidase van P. en antigenic peptides en antilichamen specifiek voor multocidaneuraminidase van P. evenals immunoassays bevatten specifiek voor P. multocida neuraminidase, welke immunoassays in de opsporing of de diagnose van multocidabesmettingen van P. en/of dragerstaten nuttig zijn.
