outputting information. If it is estimated that driving load has been
changed from high to low, the apparatus reads information from a storage
unit and outputs the read information. If it is estimated that driving
load is high, the apparatus stops outputting information so that the
driver and passengers may miss no information, and if it is estimated that
driving load is low, the apparatus provides information for the driver and
passengers so that they may surely catch the information.
