Alloyed steel powder for powder metallurgy

   
   

A Mo source powder is added to and mixed with an iron-based powder containing 1.0% by mass or less of prealloyed Mn to yield a powder mixture containing 0.2 to 10.0% by mass of Mo, the resulting powder mixture is subjected to heat treatment in a reducing atmosphere to thereby yield an alloyed steel powder containing Mo as a powder partially diffused and bonded to a surface of the iron-based powder particles. The prepared alloyed steel powder for powder metallurgy has satisfactory compactability. The use of this alloyed steel powder can produce a sintered powder metal body (an intermediate material after compaction and preliminary sintering in re-compaction of sintered powder materials process) for highly strong sintered member.

Um pó da fonte do Mo é adicionado a e misturado com um pó ferro-baseado conter 1.0% pela massa ou por menos do prealloyed o manganês para render uma mistura do pó que contem 0.2 a 10.0% pela massa do Mo, a mistura resultante do pó é sujeitada ao tratamento de calor em uma atmosfera reduzindo-se para render desse modo um pó de aço alloyed que contem o Mo enquanto um pó parcialmente difundiu e se ligou a uma superfície das partículas ferro-baseadas do pó. O pó de aço alloyed preparado para o metallurgy do pó tem o compactability satisfatório. O uso deste pó de aço alloyed pode produzir um corpo sintered do metal do pó (um material intermediário após o compaction e sintering preliminar no re-re-compaction do processo sintered dos materiais do pó) para o membro sintered altamente forte.
