the bottom surface of the seat member is a telescoping leg having a base

of radially extending arms, each having an aperture at a distal end for
receiving a fastener means to secure the chair to a support surface. A
lever on the lower surface of the seat member operates a pneumatic lift
assembly that extends and retracts the telescoping leg to adjust the
height of the seat member.
