A powder containing a high amount of conjugated linoleic acid or other oil
is provided. The powder contains either triglycerides containing CLA, free
fatty acids of CLA, or alkylesters of CLA, or another desired oil. The
powder is free flowing and has good organoleptic properties. The powder
may be used as a dietary supplement or combined with foodstuffs to form a
food product suitable for consumption by animals or humans.
