A polyolefin composition substantially free of elastomers (plasticizers),
preferably crystalline polypropylene, modified by mixing with polybutene-1
and containing an exfoliated inorganic nanocomposite and a coupling agent
is described. The composition is adapted to be used with pigments to make
finished molded products which have an appearance of paint covered by a
clear coat and which are scratch resistant and have good low temperature
(-30.degree. C.) impact properties.
Une composition en polyoléfine essentiellement exempte des élastomères (plastifiants), du polypropylène de préférence cristallin, modifié en se mélangeant à polybutene-1 et en contenant exfoliated le nanocomposite inorganique et un agent d'accouplement est décrit. La composition est adaptée pour être employée avec des colorants pour faire les produits moulés finis qui ont un aspect de peinture couvert par un manteau clair et qui sont éraflure résistante et pour avoir la bonne basse température (-30.degree. C.) propriétés d'impact.
