The present invention relates to compounds of the formula

wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.3, R.sup.5 and A are defined as in the
specification, to pharmaceutical compositions containing them and to their
medicinal use. The compounds of the invention are useful in the treatment
of inflammation and other inflammation associated disorders, such as
osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, colon cancer and Alzheimer's
disease, in mammals (preferably humans, dogs, cats and livestock).
La présente invention concerne des composés du ## du ## STR1 de formule où R.sup.1, R.sup.3, R.sup.5 et A sont définis comme dans les spécifications, aux compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant et à leur utilisation médicinale. Les composés de l'invention sont utiles dans le traitement de l'inflammation et d'autres désordres associés par inflammation, tels que l'ostéoarthrite, le rhumatisme articulaire, le cancer de deux points et la maladie d'Alzheimer, dans les mammifères (de préférence humains, chiens, chats et bétail).
