A pyrrolopyridazine compound having the formula (I) or a pharmaceutically
acceptable salt thereof:

wherein, R.sup.1 is a C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 alkenyl group, a halogeno C.sub.2
-C.sub.6 alkenyl group, a C.sub.3 -C.sub.7 cycloalkyl group which may be
optionally substituted or a C.sub.3 -C.sub.7 cycloalkyl- C.sub.1 -C.sub.6
alkyl group which may be optionally substituted. R.sup.2 is a C.sub.1
-C.sub.6 alkyl group. R.sup.3 is a hydroxymethyl group, a C.sub.2 -C.sub.6
aliphatic acyloxymethyl group, a C.sub.6 -C.sub.10 arylcarbonyloxymethyl
group which may be optionally substituted, a C.sub.1 -C.sub.6
alkoxycarbonyloxymethyl group, a formyl group, a carboxyl group, a C.sub.1
-C.sub.6 alkoxycarbonyl group or a C.sub.6 -C.sub.10 aryloxycarbonyl group
which may be optionally substituted. R.sup.4 is a C.sub.6 -C.sub.10 aryl
group which may be optionally substituted. A is an imino group, an oxygen
atom or a sulfur atom. These compounds exhibit excellent gastric acid
secretory inhibition activity and gastric mucous membrane protection
activity etc. They are useful for prevention or treatment of ulcerative
diseases and for Helicobacter pylori infections.
Ein pyrrolopyridazine Mittel, welches die Formel (i) oder ein pharmazeutisch annehmbares Salz davon hat: ## STR1 ## worin, R.sup.1 ein C.sub.2 - C.sub.6 alkenyl Gruppe, ein halogeno C.sub.2 ist - C.sub.6 alkenyl Gruppe, ein C.sub.3 - cycloalkyl C.sub.7 Gruppe, die beliebig ersetzt werden kann oder ein C.sub.3 - C.sub.7 cycloalkyl- C.sub.1 - Alkylgruppe C.sub.6, die beliebig ersetzt werden kann. R.sup.2 ist ein C.sub.1 - Alkylgruppe C.sub.6. R.sup.3 ist eine Hydroxymethyl- Gruppe, ein C.sub.2 - aliphatische acyloxymethyl C.sub.6 Gruppe, ein C.sub.6 - arylcarbonyloxymethyl C.sub.10 Gruppe, die beliebig ersetzt werden kann, ein C.sub.1 - alkoxycarbonyloxymethyl C.sub.6 Gruppe, eine Formylgruppe, eine Karboxyl- Gruppe, ein C.sub.1 - C.sub.6 alkoxycarbonyl Gruppe oder ein C.sub.6 - aryloxycarbonyl C.sub.10 Gruppe, die beliebig ersetzt werden kann. R.sup.4 ist ein C.sub.6 - Aryl- Gruppe C.sub.10, die beliebig ersetzt werden kann. A ist eine imino Gruppe, ein Sauerstoffatom oder ein Schwefelatom. Diese Mittel stellen ausgezeichnete gastrische saure ausscheidende Hemmungtätigkeit und gastrische Schleimhautschutztätigkeit usw. aus. Sie sind für Verhinderung oder Behandlung von ulcerative Krankheiten und für Helicobacter Pyloriinfektion nützlich.
