The present invention relates to compounds of formula (1), in which H, G,
Z, X, Y, r, s and t have the meanings indicated in the claims, their
physiologically tolerable salts and their prodrugs. The compounds of
formula (1) are valuable, pharmacologically active compounds. They are
vitronectin receptor antagonists and inhibitors of cell adhesion and are
suitable for the therapy and prophylaxis of illnesses which are based on
the interaction between vitronectin receptors and their ligands in
cell-cell or cell-matrix interaction processes or which can be prevented,
alleviated or cured by influencing such interactions. For example, they
can be applied for inhibiting bone resorption by osteoclasts and thus for
treating and preventing osteoporosis, or for inhibiting undesired
angiogenesis or proliferation of cells of the vascular smooth musculature.
The invention furthermore relates to processes for the preparation of
compounds of formula (1), their use, in particular as active ingredients
in pharmaceuticals, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising them.
## STR1 ## De onderhavige uitvinding heeft op samenstellingen van formule (1) betrekking, waarin H, G, Z, X, Y, r, s en t de betekenissen hebben die in de eisen, hun fysiologisch verdraaglijke zouten en hun prodrugs worden vermeld. De samenstellingen van formule (1) zijn waardevolle, farmacologisch actieve samenstellingen. Zij zijn de antagonisten van de vitronectinreceptor en inhibitors van celadhesie en zijn geschikt voor de therapie en de profylaxe van ziekten die op de interactie tussen vitronectinreceptoren en hun ligands in cel-cel of cel-matrijs interactieprocessen gebaseerd zijn of die kunnen worden verhinderd, verminderd of genezen door dergelijke interactie te beïnvloeden. Bijvoorbeeld, kunnen zij voor het remmen van beenresorptie door osteoclasts worden toegepast en zo voor het behandelen en het verhinderen van osteoporose, of voor het remmen van ongewenste angiogenese of proliferatie van cellen van het vasculaire vlotte spierstelsel. De uitvinding heeft verder op processen voor de voorbereiding van samenstellingen van formule (1), hun gebruik betrekking, in het bijzonder als actieve ingrediënten in geneesmiddelen, en farmaceutische samenstellingen bestaand uit hen.
