The present invention relates to a process for the storage of proteins in
an aqueous solution. The addition of cysteine delays the temporal decrease
in the effective concentration of the protein. The process is suitable for
use in the production of heterologous proteins in microorganisms.
De onderhavige uitvinding heeft op een proces voor de opslag van proteïnen in een oplossing in water betrekking. De toevoeging van cysteine vertraagt de tijdelijke daling van de efficiënte concentratie van de proteïne. Het proces is geschikt voor gebruik in de productie van heterologe proteïnen in micro-organismen.
