An object of the invention is to designate an image compressing system
every tile. To achieve this object, an image input device is constructed
by an image scanner, a film scanner, an electronic camera, etc. Image data
inputted by the image input device are stored to an image memory. A
discriminating circuit reads the image data from the image memory and
discriminates area information of the read image every tile. A converting
circuit converts the image stored to the image memory to a flashpix image
on the basis of the area information discriminated by the discriminating
circuit.
Un objet de l'invention est d'indiquer un système de compression d'image chaque tuile. Pour réaliser cet objet, un dispositif d'entrée d'image est construit par un module de balayage d'image, un module de balayage de film, un appareil-photo électronique, etc... Des données d'image entrées par le dispositif d'entrée d'image sont stockées à une mémoire d'image. Un circuit distinctif indique les données d'image de la mémoire d'image et distingue l'information de secteur de l'image indiquée chaque tuile. Un circuit convertissant convertit l'image stockée en mémoire d'image à une image de flashpix sur la base de l'information de secteur distinguée par le circuit distinctif.
