A method and system for registering volumetric scan data of a patient
surgical site with actual patient position are disclosed. In practicing
the method, position data relating to (i) the x,y,z coordinates of a
detector screen in fixed coordinate system, and the x,y, coordinates of
patient features on the screen are used to determine the x,y,z coordinates
of the patient features in the fixed coordinate system. These coordinates
are then matched with the coordinates of the same patient features taken
from pre-op scan data, e.g., CT scan data, to place the CT scan data in
the fixed coordinate system.
Un metodo e un sistema per il registro dei dati volumetrici di esplorazione di un luogo chirurgico paziente con la posizione paziente reale sono rilevati. Nell'esercitarsi nel metodo, i dati concernente (i) la x, y, di posizione di coordinata z di un rivelatore selezionano nel sistema coordinato fisso ed i x,y, coordinate delle caratteristiche pazienti sullo schermo sono usati per determinare la x, y, di coordinata z delle caratteristiche del paziente nel sistema coordinato fisso. Queste coordinate allora sono abbinate con le coordinate delle stesse caratteristiche pazienti prese dai dati pre-op di esplorazione, per esempio, dati di esplorazione di CT, per disporre i dati di esplorazione di CT nel sistema coordinato fisso.
