The present invention discloses an adhesive composition for flexible
printed circuit board comprising the following component: (a) an epoxy
resin; (b) an accelerator having a structure of one of the following
general formulas:

wherein, E represents sulfur, nitrogen or phosphorus; Ar represents an
aromatic ring; R.sup.1 is the same or different and represents a
substituted or unsubatituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, a hydroxyl
group, an alkoxy group, a nitro group, a cyano group or a halogen atom;
R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 each represents a hydrogen atom and a methyl group;
R.sup.4 is the same or different and represents a substituted or
unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; R.sup.5 represents a
substituted or unsubstituted pyridinium group; a represents an integer of
0 to 2; and b represents 2 to 3; (c) a nitrile rubber having carboxyl
groups, and a carboxyl terminated butadiene acrylonitrile is preferred;
and (d) an inorganic filler, an aluminum hydroxide is preferred.
A invenção atual divulga uma composição adesiva para a placa de circuito impressa flexível que compreende o seguinte componente: (a) uma resina epoxy; (b) um accelerator que tem uma estrutura de uma das seguintes fórmulas gerais: ## do ## STR1 wherein, E representa o enxôfre, o nitrogênio ou o phosphorus; Ar representa um anel aromatic; R.sup.1 é o mesmo ou diferente e representa substituído ou unsubatituted o grupo monovalent do hidrocarboneto, um grupo do hydroxyl, um grupo alkoxy, um grupo nitro, um grupo cyano ou um átomo do halogênio; R.sup.2 e R.sup.3 cada um representam um átomo do hidrogênio e um grupo methyl; R.sup.4 é o mesmo ou diferente e representa um grupo monovalent substituído ou unsubstituted do hidrocarboneto; R.sup.5 representa um grupo substituído ou unsubstituted do pyridinium; a representa um inteiro de 0 a 2; e b representa 2 a 3; (c) uma borracha do nitrile que têm grupos carboxyl, e um acrilonitrilo terminado carboxyl do butadiene são preferidos; e (d) um enchimento inorgánico, um hydroxide de alumínio é preferido.
