An improved automotive grille and an improved method of making the
automotive grille are provided. The automotive grille is built from
aluminum and subsequently powder coating. Multiple stainless steel strips
are adhered to the leading edge of the grille, thereby reducing moisture
within the powder coating and improving the decorative appearance of the
grille.
