A stainless steel with a passive state fluorinated film formed thereon,
which is easy to construct and does not produce particles even when it is
welded, and a device using the same. The stainless steel does not cause
leakage even when said film is formed on a sealing surface of a joint and
a valve seat surface. The stainless steel is characterized in that at
least a part of the surface coated with a passive state fluorinated film
not thicker than 190.ANG. consisting of a metal fluoride as a main
component.
Ein rostfreier Stahl mit einem fluorierten Film des passiven Zustandes bildete sich darauf, der einfach zu konstruieren ist und nicht Partikel produziert, selbst wenn er geschweißt wird, und eine Vorrichtung mit demselben. Der rostfreie Stahl verursacht nicht Durchsickern, selbst wenn besagter Film auf einer Dichtfläche einer Verbindung und der Ventilsitzoberfläche gebildet wird. Der rostfreie Stahl wird in diesem mindestens ein Teil der Oberfläche gekennzeichnet nicht, die dick mit einem fluorierten Film des passiven Zustandes als 190.ANG. beschichtet wird, das aus einem Metalfluorid als Hauptbestandteil besteht.
