A process for preparing compounds of the formula:

wherein R.sub.2 is lower alkyl; or phenyl optionally substituted by from
one to five groups, the same or different, which are lower alkyl, lower
haloalkyl, halogen or --SR.sub.4 ; R.sub.3 is halogen, lower alkyl, lower
haloalkyl, lower alkoxy, lower haloalkoxy, --S-alkyl, cycloalkyl having
from 3 to 7 carbon atoms in the ring, alkenyl or alkynyl having from 3 to
7 carbon atoms, or --(CR.sub.5 R.sub.6)--SR.sub.2 wherein q is one or two;
R.sub.4 is lower alkyl; R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 independently represent
hydrogen, lower alkyl or lower haloalkyl; and n is zero or an integer from
one to three; intermediate compounds of the formula:

and processes for preparing them.
Un procédé pour préparer des composés de la formule : ## du ## STR1 où R.sub.2 est alkyl inférieur ; ou le phényle sur option a substitué près d'un à cinq groupes, les mêmes ou, qui sont haloalkyl alkylique et inférieur inférieur, halogène ou -- SR.sub.4 différent ; R.sub.3 est halogène, alkyl inférieur, haloalkyl inférieur, alcoxy, inférieur haloalkoxy inférieur, -- S-alkyl, cycloalkyl ayant de 3 à 7 atomes de carbone dans l'anneau, alkényle ou alkynyl ayant de 3 à 7 atomes de carbone, ou -- (CR.sub.5 R.sub.6) -- SR.sub.2 où q est un ou deux ; R.sub.4 est alkyl inférieur ; R.sub.5 et R.sub.6 représentent indépendamment l'hydrogène, l'alkyl inférieur ou le haloalkyl inférieur ; et n est zéro ou un nombre entier d'un à trois ; composés intermédiaires de la formule : ## du ## STR2 et procédés pour les préparer.
