A method for manufacturing pellets of hot-melt ink which solidifies with a
cooling rate-dependent shrinkage, comprising the steps of filling molten
ink into a mold formed by two mold dies, allowing the ink to cool down and
to solidify in the mold, and opening the mold and removing the ink pellet
therefrom, wherein in the cooling step, the ink is shock-cooled with a
cooling rate that results in a shrinkage sufficient to cause the
solidifying ink to separate from at least one of the mold dies.
Un método para fabricar pelotillas de caliente-derrite la tinta que solidifica con una contracción tarifa-dependiente que se refresca, abarcando los pasos de llenar la tinta fundida en un molde formado por dos dados del molde, permitiendo que la tinta se refresque abajo y solidifique en el molde, y abriendo el molde y quitando la pelotilla de la tinta therefrom, en donde en el paso que se refresca, la tinta es shock-cooled con una tarifa que se refresca que los resultados en una contracción suficiente causar la tinta de solidificación a parte por lo menos de una del molde mueran.
