The present invention relates to a method for wavelength selection in a
multi-wavelength TPSF-based optical imaging system. This consists of
identifying several chromophores in a highly turbid medium and selecting
optimized wavelengths whereby using these wavelengths optimizes the
deduction of the chromophore concentrations. Such chromophore
concentrations may be combined to deduce other properties of the turbid
medium.
La présente invention concerne une méthode pour le choix de longueur d'onde dans un système optique de formation image TPSF-basé parlongueur d'onde. Ceci se compose identifier plusieurs chromophores dans un milieu fortement trouble et choisir des longueurs d'onde optimisées par lequel employer ces longueurs d'onde optimise la déduction des concentrations de chromophore. De telles concentrations de chromophore peuvent être combinées pour déduire d'autres propriétés du milieu trouble.
