R.sup.3 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl which may be substituted by cyano,
C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -haloalkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkoxy-C.sub.1 -C.sub.4
-alkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 -alkenyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 -haloalkenyl, C.sub.3
-C.sub.6 -alkynyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.8 -cycloalkyl-C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl
R.sup.4 is phenyl-C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkyl which may carry one or more
substitutents selected from the group consisting of halogen, C.sub.1
-C.sub.4 -alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -haloalkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkoxy and
C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -haloalkoxy on the phenyl ring, or
is thienyl-C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl which may carry one or more substituents
selected from the group consisting of halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl,
C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -haloalkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkoxy and C.sub.1 -C.sub.4
-haloalkoxy on the thienyl ring, or
is pyrazolyl-C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl which may carry one or more
substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, C.sub.1
-C.sub.4 -alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -haloalkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkoxy and
C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -haloalkoxy on the pyrazole ring,
are prepared, and intermediates for their preparation and their use as
fungicides are described.
