A method of manufacturing thermoplastic flexible transparent PVC film (sheet) without flow marks and air pit is capably provided with high efficient production to upgrade the quality of plastic film (sheet), which is included the following steps: calendering melted plastic material by calenders into melting plastic film (sheet) with predetermined thickness, quickly chilling and setting the melting plastic film (sheet) with chilling water, removing water from the cooled plastic film, heating the plastic film to dry out any residual water and controlling the plastic film again to a temperature from 30.degree. C. to 85.degree. C., and applying a pressure ranging from 1 kg/cm.sup.2 to 8 kg/cm.sup.2 on the plastic film (sheet) while winding it into a roll. Plastic film (sheet) produced with this method has good transparency and smooth surface without flow mark and air pit.

Un metodo di produzione della pellicola trasparente flessibile termoplastica del PVC (foglio) senza contrassegni di flusso e pozzo dell'aria è fornito in modo competente di alta produzione efficiente per aggiornare la qualità del film di materia plastica (foglio), che è incluso i seguenti punti: materia plastica fusa di calandratura dalle calandre nella fusione del film di materia plastica (foglio) con spessore predeterminato, raffreddante e regolante il film di materia plastica di fusione (foglio) con acqua di gelatura, rimuovente acqua dal film di materia plastica raffreddato, riscaldante il film di materia plastica per asciugare qualsiasi acqua residua e controllante rapidamente ancora il film di materia plastica ad una temperatura da 30.degree. C. a 85.degree. C. ed applicare una pressione che varia da 1 kg/cm.sup.2 a 8 kg/cm.sup.2 sul film di materia plastica (foglio) mentre avvolgendolo in un rullo. Il film di materia plastica (foglio) prodotto con questo metodo ha il buon acetato e superficie regolare senza contrassegno di flusso e pozzo dell'aria.
