A method of treating plant and animal systems and inanimate surfaces for the purposes of controlling plant pests, introducing pesticides and nutrients into plants, mitigating frost damage to plants, increasing crop yields, controlling certain plant diseases, controlling arthropod, bacterial, fungal, mycoplasma, rickettsia, and viral pests of animals and humans, and disinfecting inanimate surfaces. The method utilizes the unique multi-directional dispersion property of the tannate complex of picro ammonium formate and the tannate complex of picro cupric ammonium formate, in aqueous solution, combined with a minor amount of a surfactant sufficient to prevent formation of ammonium picrate, to penetrate plant and animal systems and inanimate surfaces and travelling multidirectionally therein. The method is carried out by introducing a small but effective amount of the tannate complex to the plant or animal system or inanimate surface.

Um método de tratar sistemas da planta e do animal e superfícies inanimate para as finalidades de controlar pests da planta, introduzindo pesticides e nutrientes em plantas, danos da geada mitigating às plantas, rendimentos crescentes da colheita, determinadas doenças de planta controlando, artrópode, bacteriano controlando, fungal, mycoplasma, rickéttisia, e pests viral dos animais e dos seres humanos, e de disinfecting superfícies inanimate. O método utiliza a propriedade multi-directional original da dispersão do complexo do tannate do formate do ammonium do picro e o complexo do tannate do formate cupric do ammonium do picro, na solução aqueous, combinada com uma quantidade menor de um surfactant suficiente impedir a formação do picrate do ammonium, para penetrar sistemas da planta e do animal e superfícies inanimate e viajar multidirectionally nisso. O método é realizado introduzindo uma quantidade pequena mas eficaz do complexo do tannate ao sistema da planta ou do animal ou à superfície inanimate.
