The present invention relates to a compound represented by Formula (I)
below:

(wherein A represents, for example, phenyl group substituted by R.sup.1 and
R.sup.2, or an unsubstituted furyl group or an unsubstitued thienyl group;
R.sup.1 represents, for example, hydrogen atom, fluorine atom, chlorine
atom, trifluoromethyl group, nitro group, cyano group or methyl group
while R.sup.2 represents, for example, hydrogen atom; R.sup.3 represents,
for example, hydrogen atom or methyl group; R.sup.4 represents, for
example, hydrogen atom or methyl group; R.sup.5 represents ethoxy group or
isopropoxy group; X represents group: --CH(OH)-- or methylene group; and Z
represents, for example, a single bond or methylene group unsubstituted or
substituted by hydroxyl group), and its salts, and medicinal compositions
containing, as their active ingredient, the above compound or its salts.
The compound of this invention, which is orally applicable, is highly
effective for treating neuroapthic pain while presenting with fewer
side-effects than do the conventional analgesics.
Die anwesende Erfindung bezieht auf einem Mittel, das unten von Formula (i) dargestellt wird: ## STR1 ## (worin A z.B. darstellt unsubstitued die Phenyl- Gruppe, die durch R.sup.1 und R.sup.2 ersetzt wurden, oder eine nicht ersetzte Furyl- Gruppe oder thienyl Gruppe; R.sup.1 stellt, z.B., Wasserstoffatom, Fluoratom, Chloratom, trifluoromethyl Gruppe, Nitrogruppe, Cyanogruppe oder Methyl- Gruppe dar, während R.sup.2 z.B. Wasserstoffatom darstellt; R.sup.3 stellt, z.B., Wasserstoffatom oder Methyl- Gruppe dar; R.sup.4 stellt, z.B., Wasserstoffatom oder Methyl- Gruppe dar; R.sup.5 stellt ethoxy Gruppe oder isopropoxy Gruppe dar; X stellt Gruppe dar: -- ch(oh) -- oder Methylengruppe; und Z stellt, z.B., eine einzelne Bindungs- oder Methylengruppe dar, die nicht ersetzt oder durch Hydroxylgruppe) und seine Salze und der medizinische Aufbau enthält, als ihre Aktivsubstanz, das oben genannte zusammengesetzte oder seine Salze ersetzt ist. Das Mittel dieser Erfindung, die mündlich anwendbar ist, ist für die behandelnden neuroapthic Schmerz beim Darstellen mit wenigen Nebenwirkungen in hohem Grade wirkungsvoll, als die herkömmlichen Analgetika.
