There are provided pharmaceutical formulations with improved oral absorptivity and injections that contain, as active ingredients, high concentrations of benzamide derivatives and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, which are useful as histone deacetylase inhibitors. A pharmaceutical solution is prepared by dissolving a benzamide derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in an organic solvent and/or acidic liquid, and a pharmaceutical formulation is prepared by adding a surfactant, an acidic substance and/or a polyethylene glycol. The present invention has enabled dissolution of benzamide derivatives or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts at high concentrations, to prepare practical injections and oral liquid formulations and improve absorptivity with oral administration.

Es gibt zur Verfügung gestellte pharmazeutische Formulierungen mit verbesserter Mundaufnahmefähigkeit und Einspritzungen, die, als Aktivsubstanzen, hohe Konzentrationen der Benzamidableitungen und ihre pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Salze enthalten, die als Histon deacetylase Hemmnisse nützlich sind. Eine pharmazeutische Lösung wird vorbereitet, indem man eine Benzamidableitung oder ein pharmazeutisch annehmbares Salz davon in einem organischen Lösungsmittel und/oder in einer säurehaltigen Flüssigkeit auflöst, und eine pharmazeutische Formulierung wird vorbereitet, indem man ein Tensid, eine säurehaltige Substanz und/oder ein Polyäthylenglykol addiert. Die anwesende Erfindung hat Auflösung der Benzamidableitungen oder ihrer pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Salze bei hohen Konzentrationen ermöglicht, praktische Einspritzungen und flüssige mündlichformulierungen vorzubereiten und Aufnahmefähigkeit mit oraler Einnahme zu verbessern.
