An adhesive wrapping film having a continuous tackifier layer (A) on at least one side surface of a substrate layer (B) whose surface has a concavo-convex form, wherein a thickness of the tackifier layer at the concave portion of the substrate layer is larger than that at the convex portion of the substrate layer, and a thickness of the substrate layer B.sub.AV, a thickness of the tackifier layer at the concave portion of the substrate layer A.sub.max, a ten-point average roughness of the surface of the tackifier layer corresponding to a height of the convex portion of the tackifier layer R.sub.Z.sup.(A), and a ten-point average roughness of the surface of the substrate layer corresponding to a height of the convex portion of the substrate layer R.sub.Z.sup.(B) satisfy a relation of the following conditional expressions (1) and (2): (1) A.sub.max Ein anhaftender aufwickelnfilm, der eine ununterbrochene tackifier Schicht (a) hat, auf mindestens einer seitlichen Oberfläche einer Substratschicht (b) deren Oberfläche eine concavo-konvexe Form hat, worin eine Stärke der tackifier Schicht am konkaven Teil der Substratschicht größer als die am konvexen Teil der Substratschicht ist, und einer Stärke der Substratschicht B.sub.AV, einer Stärke der tackifier Schicht am konkaven Teil der Substratschicht A.sub.max, einer 10-Punkt durchschnittlichen Rauheit der Oberfläche der tackifier Schicht, die einer Höhe des konvexen Teils der tackifier Schicht R.sub.Z.sup.(A) entspricht, und einer 10-Punkt durchschnittlichen Rauheit der Oberfläche des Substratschichtentsprechens zu eine Höhe des konvexen Teils der Substratschicht R.sub.Z.sup.(B) erfüllen eine Relation der folgenden Bedingungsausdrücke (1) und (2): (1) A.sub.max
