A heterogeneous anion exchanger comprising from 35 to 85 mass % of an anion exchange resin and from 15 to 65 mass % of a binder polymer, wherein the anion exchange resin is made of a polymer having repeating units represented by the following formula (1): ##STR1## wherein R is a C.sub.3-8 alkylene group or an alkyleneoxyalkyl group having a total carbon number of from 4 to 9, R.sup.1 is a C.sub.1-4 alkyl group which may be substituted by a hydroxyl group, each of R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 is a C.sub.1-4 alkyl group, and X.sup.- is an anion, and wherein any hydrogen atom bonded to the benzene ring may be substituted by an alkyl group or a halogen atom.

Un échangeur anionique hétérogène comportant de 35 à 85 % de masse d'une résine d'échange anionique et de 15 à 65 % de masse d'un polymère de reliure, où la résine d'échange anionique est faite d'un polymère ayant répéter des unités représentées par la formule suivante (1) : ## du ## STR1 où R est un groupe de l'alkylène C.sub.3-8 ou un groupe d'alkyleneoxyalkyl ayant un nombre total de carbone de de 4 à 9, R.sup.1 est un groupe alcoyle C.sub.1-4 qui peut être substitué par un groupe d'hydroxyle, chacun de R.sup.2 et R.sup.3 est un groupe alcoyle C.sub.1-4, et X.sup. - est un anion, et où n'importe quel atome d'hydrogène collé sur l'anneau de benzène peut être substitué par un groupe alcoyle ou un atome d'halogène.
