The invention concerns a method for preparing Laminaribiose comprising a step for glycoside binding between a donor and an acceptor of glycosyl. The invention is characterized in that the glycosyl donor is in pyranose form and corresponds to formula (II); the glycosyl acceptor is in furanose form and corresponds to formula (III); said binding step is performed in solution in an anhydrous organic solvent, at a temperature ranging between -80.degree. C. and 40.degree. C., for a time interval ranging between 1 minute and 8 hours, in the presence of a suitable promoter.

Η εφεύρεση αφορά μια μέθοδο για Laminaribiose περιλαμβάνοντας ένα βήμα για glycoside τη δέσμευση μεταξύ ενός χορηγού και ενός αποδέκτη glycosyl. Η εφεύρεση χαρακτηρίζεται δεδομένου ότι ο glycosyl χορηγός είναι με pyranose μορφή και αντιστοιχεί στον τύπο (II) ο glycosyl αποδέκτης είναι με μορφή furanose και αντιστοιχεί στον τύπο (ΙΙΙ) το εν λόγω δεσμευτικό βήμα εκτελείται στη λύση σε έναν άνυδρο οργανικό διαλύτη, σε μια θερμοκρασία που κυμαίνεται μεταξύ -80.degree. Γ. και 40.degree. Γ., για ένα χρονικό διάστημα που κυμαίνεται μεταξύ 1 λεπτού και 8 ωρών, παρουσία ενός κατάλληλου υποστηρικτή.
