The invention concerns water dispersible granulates comprising: at least a hydrophobic perfume (P), in the form of droplets, finely divided in and encapsulated by a water soluble or water dispersible solid organic matrix (MO) selected among: polypeptides (PP) of plant or synthetic origin; polyelectrolytes (PE) belonging to the family of weak polyacids; or their mixtures; and at least an emulsifying agent (AE) at the droplet/matrix interface. The invention also concerns a method, in two steps, for preparing said granulates, the first step consisting in preparing an emulsion in water comprising at least a hydrophobic perfume (P), at least an emulsifying agent (AE); and said water soluble or water dispersible organic matrix (MO), the second step consisting in drying said emulsion until a granulate is formed.

Das zerstreubare Erfindunginteressen Wasser granuliert das Enthalten: mindestens ein hydrophober Duftstoff (P), in Form von den Tröpfchen, fein innen geteilt und durch eine wasserlösliche oder des Wassers zerstreubare feste organische Matrix (MO) eingekapselt vorgewählt unter: Polypeptide (pp.) des Betriebes oder des synthetischen Ursprung; Polyelektrolyte (PET) gehörend der Familie der schwachen polyacids; oder ihre Mischungen; und mindestens ein Emulsionsmittel (AE) an der droplet/matrix Schnittstelle. Die Erfindung betrifft auch eine Methode, in zwei Schritten, für das Vorbereiten gesagt granuliert, der erste Schritt, der wenn sie eine Emulsion im Wasser besteht, das, mindestens einen hydrophoben Duftstoff (P), mindestens ein Emulsionsmittel (AE) enthält vorbereitet; und besagte wasserlösliche oder wässern zerstreubare organische Matrix (MO), der zweite Schritt, der in Trockner besagter Emulsion besteht, bis granulieren gebildet ist.
