L'invenzione è riguardante un alloggiamento leaktight (3) in cui un liquido che ha caratteristiche elettriche, preferibilmente un liquido conduttivo, è introdotto in un volume leaktight (33) fra la copertura (5) ed il carro armato (4) ed in quanto un valore delle quantità elettriche è misurato che varia con la riduzione del liquido contenuto nel volume (33). In tale maniera il leaktightness è controllato continuamente.
