A biological material comprising two components is provided containing a first component comprising alternatively (1) a culture of autologous or homologous bone marrow stem cells partially or completely differentiated into specific connective tissue cellular lines or (2) a sole extracellular matrix free from any cellular component secreted by the specific connective tissue cellular lines; and a second component containing a three-dimensional biocompatible and biodegradable matrix consisting of a hyaluronic acid ester having a degree of esterification comprised between 25 and 100%. The specific tissue cell lines are selected from fibroblasts, osteoblasts, myoblasts, adipocytes, chondrocytes and endothelial cells. The biological material is suitable for use as a dermal substitute in cutaneous lesions as well as repairing damaged connective tissue.

Een biologisch materiaal die uit twee componenten bestaan wordt verstrekt bevattend een eerste component bestaand alternatief (1) uit een cultuur van autologous of homologe cellen van de beendermergstam of die volledig in gedeeltelijk specifieke verbindingsweefsel cellulaire lijnen worden onderscheiden of (2) uit een enige extracellulaire matrijs vrij van om het even welke cellulaire component die door de specifieke verbindingsweefsel cellulaire lijnen wordt afgescheiden; en een tweede component die een driedimensionele biocompatibele en biologisch afbreekbare matrijs bevatten die uit een hyaluronic zure ester bestaan die een graad van esterificatie hebben bestond uit tussen 25 en 100%. De specifieke lijnen van de weefselcel worden geselecteerd uit fibroblasten, osteoblasts, myoblasts, adipocytes, chondrocytes en endothelial cellen. Het biologische materiaal is geschikt voor gebruik als huidsubstituut in huidletsels evenals herstellend beschadigd verbindingsweefsel.
