The invention relates to compounds of the general formula ##STR1## wherein (R.sup.1).sub.n is independently from from each other halogen, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy; R.sup.2 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower halogen-alkyl, --(CH.sub.2).sub.m --OH, --(CH.sub.2).sub.m --NR.sub.2, --(CH.sub.2).sub.m O-lower alkyl, --(CH.sub.2).sub.m --C(O)--NR.sub.2, or is --(CH.sub.2).sub.m -6-membered heteroaryl, optionally substituted by one or more lower alkoxy, --(CH.sub.2).sub.m -5 or 6-membered not aromatic heterocyclyl, optionally substituted by hydroxy or lower alkyl; R is hydrogen or lower alkyl and may be the same or different in case of R.sub.2 ; n is 0, 1, or 2; m is 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. These compounds have a good affinity to the NK-1 receptor and they are therefore suitable for the treatment of diseases, related to this receptor.

De uitvinding heeft op samenstellingen van de algemene formule ## STR1 ## betrekking waarin (R.sup.1).sub.n is onafhankelijk van van elkaar halogeen, lagere alkyl of lagere alkoxy; R.sup.2 is waterstof, lagere alkyl, lagere halogeen-halogen-alkyl, -- (CH.sub.2).sub.m -OH, -- (CH.sub.2).sub.m -- NR.sub.2, -- o-Lagere alkyl (CH.sub.2).sub.m, -- (CH.sub.2).sub.m -- C(O) -- NR.sub.2, of is -- 6-membered heteroaryl (CH.sub.2).sub.m, die naar keuze door één of meerdere lagere alkoxy wordt gesubstitueerd, -- (CH.sub.2).sub.m -5 of 6-membered niet aromatische heterocyclyl, die naar keuze door hydroxy of lagere alkyl wordt gesubstitueerd; R is waterstof of lagere alkyl en kan zelfde of verschillend in het geval van R.sub.2 zijn; n is 0..1, of 2; m is 0..1..2..3 of 4; en farmaceutisch aanvaardbare zure toevoegingszouten daarvan. Deze samenstellingen hebben een goede affiniteit aan de nk-1 receptor en zij zijn daarom geschikt voor de behandeling van ziekten, met betrekking tot deze receptor.
